Mr David To obtained his Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University, MTS from Tyndale College, Bachelor of Science, Master of Education and Doctor of Education from University of Toronto, Canada, major in educational administration.

David is the Principal of United Christian College (Kowloon East). He has 30 years of teaching experience in Christian schools (Hong Kong and Canada), including three years in Canada, and secondary school principal of two schools for 21 years. He has taught part-time in local universities for 7 years and was a member on several committees under the Hong Kong education bureau, Board member of several Christian schools and para-church organizations.

He is serving in his Church as a deacon and voluntary pastor. He is often invited to preach on Sunday, speak to teachers and parents in schools.
